The terms of use of the service
The supplier of the Trackspotter services is a company called CONNETTIVA di Paolo MONTRASIO (hereafter “CONNETTIVA”) with registered offices in Milan at 5 Via Giuba, 20132, VAT No. 05411020968, telephone +39 02 261 48064, email paolo.montrasio @ connettiva.eu and Milan Register of Companies No. 1819837.
The Service supplies the location of a person/object, indicated by the User, through the use of software to process location data, as is described in more detail in the section of the website labelled Terms and Conditions, which is an integral part of this Contract. The Service consists of

All accepted contracts will be governed by Italian law and specifically what is stated about consumers in the Consumers’ Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005).
CONNETTIVA, as supplier of the service and data controller in terms of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003), as is described in more detail in the Privacy section , only keeps the information supplied by the user for the period of time strictly necessary to perform the requested service. The User should not consider the system as a standalone database and exempts CONNETTIVA from all and any responsibility resulting from the violation of the law protecting copyright or from any possible content that might defame and/or offend and/or infringe rights, including the right of a third party to privacy, taking full and complete responsibility for the information the User inserts into and is processed by Trackspotter, even when third-party tools available on the website are involved. The User is not authorised to modify, duplicate, distribute, transmit, execute, reproduce, publish, concede in licence, transfer, sell or create material related to any information, software, product or service acquired through the CONNETTIVA site.
CONNETTIVA can update the Terms and Conditions, and the Legal Notes whenever the need should arise.
CONNETTIVA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any part of the Service at any time and it can limit the use of certain functions of the Service without prior notice but making these functions available on the site.
The User may not use the Services of the Site for any unlawful or prohibited use or for any use that is not in accordance with the Legal Notes or the Terms and Conditions.
The User is not authorised to use the Services in any way that may damage, block or prejudice in any form the functioning of the CONNETTIVA server or networks connected to it.
The User may not attempt to use the Services, other accounts, computers or networks connected to CONNETTIVA in any unauthorised way, including through illegal access, counterfeiting passwords or other illicit means.
The User must respect the in those Terms of Service for Google Maps parts of the Service that make use of Google Maps.
After registering, the User shall be able to use the account as indicated in the Terms and Conditions section.
For paying accounts, the User must pay for the service according to the terms more fully described in the Prices section using either a credit card or a direct debit drawn on a current account.
CONNETTIVA takes no responsibility for delays or failures to provide services due to unforeseen events or technical problems that are not the direct responsibility of the Trackspotter Service. The User shall only receive a receipt for the payment once payment has been made.
CONNETTIVA, as supplier of the service and data controller, as is explained in more detail in the Privacy section, uses advanced technologies and conforms with the security measures envisaged in the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003)
CONNETTIVA makes use of an External System Administrator to provide the servers and access to the Internet. The latter, in turn, makes use of NGI SPA as owner of the local servers.

The Services can only be accessed after the User has created an account. To do this, the User must complete a registration form by providing all the requested information, which is to be accurate and up-to-date. The User must also choose a password and a user name. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of his/her password and his/her account. CONNETTIVA cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or information due to the use of the password or the account by a third party. Under no circumstances may the User use another account without the legitimate authorisation of that account holder.
The court of competent jurisdiction shall be the Milan court. In the case of the User being a consumer in terms of the Consumers’ Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005), the court of competent jurisdiction shall be the court of the place in which the consumer is resident or domiciled, provided this is within Italy.
Pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Code, CONNETTIVA, supplier of the Trackspotter service, data controller of personal data, with registered offices in Milan at 5 Via Giuba (20132), hereby informs the User that the data supplied with the registration form for the service will be used to meet the request submitted. Further information is available in the Privacy Privacy section of this website.
Should the User not be satisfied with the Service, he/she can withdraw from the contract by cancelling his/her account and thus all of his/her data. In the case of a paying account, the User will pay for use since the last invoice to the moment when the contract is cancelled according to the process described in the Terms and Conditions section.
